The Fightin’ Cranes will play at Ryder Park, one of Grand Island’s most historic and heavily used athletic facilities.
In the fall of 2025, the Grand Island City Council approved a $5.1 million community investment to modernize the stadium and expand its use.
Plans include converting the field to full artificial turf PLUS new dugouts, lighting, restrooms, concession stands, an umpire area and scoreboard.
The Fightin’ Cranes are contributing $250,000 to the facility improvements.
